Student Absences/Dismissal/Late Arrival
Please complete THIS FORM if your student is absent, arriving late to school or being dismissed early.  Students who are arriving late should head directly to the grade level office upon arrival to receive a pass.  Students who are being dismissed early must also get a pass from the grade level office before being dismissed.
